The place today
A public street between Whitehall and Northumberland Avenue, free and always open. The film spot is the corner with Scotland Place, and Harry Potter walking tours pass by.
Did you know? There’s no phone box here: the one in the film was a prop. The production came back to the same corner for Deathly Hallows – Part 1, where the trio waylay Ministry workers to disguise themselves.
